Spaces for People: Pollokshields East (Programme Details)
As part of the Spaces for People programme, Kenmure Street be closed to all traffic (except cycles) between McCulloch Street and St Andrew's Road; whilst McCulloch Street will become a one-way street (eastbound) between Shields Road and Kenmure Street.
Work starts on Monday 19 April 2021 and is expected to be complete by Wednesday 21 April 2021.
Warning of works will be provided in the local area by way of signage/yellow cones, with temporary local restrictions in place on waiting, loading and parking during the work itself.
These temporary road layout changes will be in place for a minimum period of 10 weeks, and reviewed in line with the Scottish Government's COVID-19: Framework for Decision Making - Scotland's Route Map through and out of the crisis.
