The development is located at the north end of Buchanan Street immediately adjacent to the Buchanan Street Subway entrance and opposite the existing Buchanan Galleries.  It is bounded by Buchanan Street to the east, Bath Street to the north, West Nile Street to the West and the Grade A listed Athenaeum building to the south. The east/west Charing Cross suburban rail line dissects the southern edge of the site whilst the tunnels of the Glasgow subway run parallel and in close proximity to the existing eastern extremity of the site on Buchanan Street.
