Bridgton Cross

Clyde Gateway URC

Clyde Gateway is at the heart of a physical, economic and social regeneration programme that will transform the image, perception and fortunes of its local activities.  Most of Clyde Gateway’s activities are concentrated in Bridgeton and Dalmarnock and in Rutherglen and Shawfield in South Lanarkshire although we are also delivering projects in other communities such as Oatlands, Toryglen and Braidfauld.

Over a 20-year period, Clyde Gateway has ambitious targets to bring 20,000 new jobs, 400,000 square metres of business space, 10,000 new homes and £1.5 billion of private sector to the area.  It is regeneration in Scotland on a scale and at a level never seen before.
