Council Magazine wins top award again
For the second year running the magazine, was named 'Customer Magazine of the Year' at the fifth annual Scottish Magazine Awards.
The publication is designed by Connect Communications, and edited in-house by John Keil who was presented with the prestigious award by television presenter, Carol Smillie.
