The main functions of Companies House are to:
- incorporate and dissolve limited companies
- examine and store company information delivered under the Companies Act and related legislation and
- make this information available to the public.
Companies House Direct is a premier search tool for accessing and downloading company information directly from your own PC. Over 240 million images of company documents are available including company accounts, as well as a wide range of database information.
Sometimes the original documents lodged with Companies House Registry are required. We can get them for you via Companies House Direct. Companies House Direct is a subscription service, but we can access it for you
