• Specifically the expenditure should be clearly shown within the applicants financial projections.
  

Whether related to the business, premises or product, the project should be able to show how it will contribute jobs, capacity or new capabilities to the City economy. 

The City Councils contribution must not be greater than 50% of the total funding requirement.
