Housing Choice Survey
In order to gain a better understanding of the housing market in the Glasgow conurbation, the Glasgow and the Clyde Valley Structure Plan Joint Committee has undertaken a survey of housebuyers in 2002. The results of the survey are given in a report, which can be downloaded in PDF format below:

Industrial and Business Land Supply
The scale and nature of industrial and business development activity is monitored annually to establish development trends and inform policy formulation. The industrial and business land supply is also reviewed annually to ensure that industrial and business designations continue to be appropriate and to take account of emerging industrial and business opportunities. This report highlights the outcome of this annual monitoring and is one of a series of annual reports prepared in the wider context of ongoing City Plan monitoring. Development Activity in Glasgow
"Development Activity in Glasgow" is one of a series of annual reports, which form part of the ongoing monitoring process relating to the implementation of City Plan 1/the development of City Plan 2. It analyses the capital value of development activity across the City, (comprising the value of developments either completed, under construction, granted consent within the relevant period, or previously granted consent but yet to start on site) within 5 development sectors.
