City Plan Review

Introduction

Glasgow City Council has decided to review and update the City Plan.  The replacement plan will be accompanied by a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) environmental report in line with EU Directive 2001/42/EC.

A City Plan Review, Issues and Options Bulletin has been published as an early opportunity for public consultation.  To view the Bulletin, click on City Plan Review, Issues and Options Bulletin.

A Consultation Framework, providing details of the stages in the City Plan preparation process and the Council’s services standards has also been produced.  To view this, click on Consultation Framework.

A Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) screening report has been prepared and the requirement for City Plan 2 to be accompanied by a SEA environmental report has been acknowledged by the Scottish Executive.  To view the screening report, click on SEA Screening Report.
