1.30 The Plan is a considered and informed statement of the direction in which Glasgow will develop over the next 20 years. However, a sound plan is one that is attuned to the changing market place, changes in society and movements in our culture, to ensure its continued relevance.
1.31 In order to remain relevant, therefore, it is essential that the Plan is kept under review. To ensure that the Plan, is at all times, in line with changes in legislation and responsive to changing circumstances, the aim will be to undertake a full review every four years. In addition to the 4-year review cycle, the Plan may require to be altered to reflect changes in strategic guidance resulting from a full review, or monitoring of the Joint Structure Plan.
