The non-statutory planning activity identified for the Areas of Focus comprises:
9 LOCAL DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES;
18 PLANNING STUDIES;
3 PROJECT BRIEFS; and
PLANNING BRIEFS FOR ALL MAJOR EXISTING AND EMERGING DEVELOPMENT SITES
In addition, further PLANNING BRIEFS and PROJECT BRIEFS will be identified through the preparation of Local Development Strategies and Planning Studies and others will require to be promoted for key sites and opportunities outside the Areas of Focus.
