What is visible from a particular point. See Vista below.
Vista:
An enclosed view, usually long and narrow and often terminating with a landmark building or feature. See View above.
Vitality and Viability:
Vitality is a reflection of how busy a centre is at different times and in different parts. Viability is a measure of the centre’s capacity to attract ongoing investment, for maintenance, improvement and adaptation to changing needs.
The extent to which these features are present requires to be measured through periodic health checks.
