Outstanding objections to the Glasgow City Plan 2 will be considered by Reporters appointed by the Scottish Government Directorate for Planning and Environmental Appeals, at a Local Plan Inquiry, due to commence on 7 October 2008.

A pre-inquiry meeting is to be held at 2.00 p.m. on Tuesday 17 June 2008.  The meeting will be conducted by the Reporters and they will discuss procedures and other business arrangements for the inquiry; respond to queries that objectors may have on particular matters; consider whether there is a need for prepared statements of evidence; and set dates for the exchange of documents by and between parties involved.

The pre-inquiry meeting will be held in lecture theatre K325 of the John Anderson Building, Strathclyde University, Rottenrow East, Glasgow.  The attached location map shows the best means of access, via the wheelchair accessible entrances at the north east and north west corners of the building, to the lecture theatre.
