Kelvin Clyde Greenspace is part of a wider network of greenspace projects operating throughout Scotland.

 

Kelvin Clyde Greenspace is supported by the Council's Development and Regeneration Services, Scottish Natural Heritage and the New Opportunities Lottery Fund.

 

Kelvin Clyde Greenspace has five key themes:

 

  • Going Places  -  improving access to and around greenspace.
  • Breathing Spaces  -  greenspaces where people can enjoy a break from the pressures of city life.
  • Nature's Places  -  greenspaces where wildlife is the main focus.
  • Learning Spaces  -  greenspaces in schools or where people can learn about their environment.
  • Working Spaces  -  greenspaces that help create employment, provide training opportunities or support business.
