From time to time as part of the ongoing development of the Glasgow Housing Strategy the Council will consult with stakeholders and partners on new policies and strategies.  The Council believes that these consultations enhance and improve strategy development, planning and implementation.

New Research Study

• Research into the Potential Market for Mid Market Rent in Glasgow (April 2012) has been published along with an Executive Summary and an Annex to the research report which includes area-based case study examples.

A presentation on ‘Research into the Potential Market for Mid Market Rent (MMR) in Glasgow’ took place on 15th May 2012.

• Glasgow's Housing Strategy was launched at the CIH Conference & Exhibiton 2012.
