The Springburn and Part of Glasgow North East local housing forum area in terms of housing characteristics has a wide range of property type and size across the tenures.  The boundary covers neighbourhoods Blackhill, Hogganfield, Balornock, Barmuloch, Robroyston, Sighthill, Roystonhill, and Springburn.
