What are Area Development Frameworks?
Area Development Frameworks form part of the Council’s Local Housing Strategy. They present local information and identify housing development opportunities across the City together with information about current regeneration activity and projects. There are 11 Area Committees and these are made up of local councillors and representatives from Community Councils as well other community organisations.
Similar to the Local Housing Strategy the Area Development Frameworks are part of an ongoing process of consultation and updating as decisions are made and new information will be posted here as it becomes available.
