The Implementation Plan was adopted in 2003 as part of Local Housing Strategy and has been reported on annually. It was updated in 2005 and a further update was adopted in 2007 to cover to 2009.
Implementation Plan Monitoring Report
The Monitoring and Evaluation Framework as amended in 2005 provides for an interim and a final evalution. An interim evaluation was conducted in 2006 and the final was completed in 2008.
