The draft Older Private Housing Strategy was issued for consultation in October 2007 and ran until the closing date of 1st February 2008. In all the Council have received 35 responses.

The Council are currently analysing the comments that have been received. The Scottish Government has now published their draft guidance on the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006. The Council are currently considering this and drafting our response to the Scottish Government's consultation.
