Breeding Establishment for Dogs Licensing

 

 

The Breeding of Dogs Acts 1973 and 1991 require that a Breeding Establishment must be licenced.

A “breeding establishment” applies to any person who carries on a business of breeding dogs with a view to their being sold in the course of such business.

 

The Act prescribes standards of management and accommodation and provides for process of inspection.


 

To enable you to apply for a Breeding Establishment for Dogs Licence, the application form  below can be downloaded, completed and returned with the appropriate fee to the Licensing Section.
