Gambling Licensing

 

 

The Gambling Act 2005 has now been implemented.  During the transitional period (up to 31 August 2007), existing operators who wish to take advantage of grand-father rights and continuation rights must apply for conversion to a new premises licence between 21 May and no later than 30 July.

 

If you are an existing operator who wishes to take advantage of grand-father rights and continuation rights use the following form.

 

The fee for this is £250.
