A Market Operator’s Licence is required for carrying on a private market by any person other than a local or public authority at which goods are offered by more than one seller for sale by retail to the public.
To enable you to apply for a Market Operator's Licence, the application form below can be downloaded, completed and returned with the appropriate fee to the Licensing Section.

Application for a Temporary Licence = £114.00
Application for a 1-year licence = £114.00
Application for a 2-year licence = £207.00
Application for a 3-year licence = £273.00
