Under the Civic Government (Scotland) Act, 1982 all Metal Dealers are required to be licensed.

In certain circumstances it is possible to obtain a Metal Dealer's Exemption Warrant. 

To enable you to apply for a Licence, the application form  below can be downloaded, completed and returned with the appropriate fee to the Licensing Section.

An Exemption Warant application form, a Certificate of Compliance and a Notice are also available.
