A Second Hand Dealer’s Licence is required for dealing in the following used goods:
- motor cars, motor cycles, caravans or parts thereof
- jewellery
- furniture and domestic appliances
- antiques
- clocks and watches
- gold, silver, medals and coins*
- televisions, radios, video recorders and musical instruments
- bicycles
* NB: a metal dealer’s licence is also required for dealing in gold and silver.
To enable you to apply for a Second Hand Dealer Licence, the application form below can be downloaded, completed and returned with the appropriate fee to the Licensing Section.
