A sex shop is a premises used for business which consists to a significant degree of selling sex articles.
To enable you to apply for a Sex Shop Licence, the application form below can be downloaded, completed and returned with the appropriate fee to the Licensing Section.
Guidance notes, a Certificate of Compliance, a Notice and a Newspaper Notice are also available. The Notice must be displayed in A3 size.

Please note that as from 1 April 2010 until 31 March 2011, the current Lodging Fee is £12,671 to apply for a one year licence.
