All traders who intend to store fireworks must be registered in terms of the Manufacture and Storage of Explosives Regulations 2005 on an annual basis.
To enable you to apply for a Licensed Store/Registration, the application form below can be downloaded, completed and returned with the appropriate fee to the Licensing Section.
Guidance notes are included with the application form.
PLEASE NOTE THAT AS OF 1 APRIL 2008 THE LODGING FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Under 250kg:
Application for Grant = £100.00
Application for Renewal = £50.00
Over 250kg:
Application for Grant = £170.00
Application for Renewal = £80.00
These fees are revised annually, so please check with the Licensing Section for confirmation of the current fees.
