Weekly List of Planning Applications
The Weekly List is a list of planning applications (in PDF format) which have started to be processed in that week. The list is sorted by Community Council area.
Glasgow City Council values the contribution of the general public in commenting on planning applications. Applications and accompanying plans may be viewed at online planning or at the Reception Desk, Development and Regeneration Services, 231 George Street, Glasgow G1 1RX, which is open between 9am and 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4pm Friday (excluding public holidays).
You must have Adobe® Reader® installed on your computer before you can view or print these documents. This software is available free of charge from the Adobe Web site. Use the following link to install Adobe® Reader®:
You should always view the plans, if possible, before making your comments. Representations can only be made on valid planning grounds – the Have Your Say leaflet gives full details of how to make representations including an explanation of valid planning grounds and how your representation will be dealt with by the Council.
Representations should be made as soon as possible. Applications can be determined as soon as the overall expiry date as shown on the individual application has passed.
If comments are made after the overall expiry date, it is probable that the representation will not be taken into account.
If you wish to make a representation about any application it should be made either:
- in writing to the above address or
- by email at the address below.
Please do not do both
.
All representations must include a valid name and address or it will not be considered and it would be helpful if the application reference number was included as well. You should remember that all representations are available for public inspection and any comments which are racist will not be accepted and may be sent to the police for further investigation.

Newspaper adverts can now be found on the Public Information Notices (PINs) Portal tellmescotland.gov.uk. This is Scotland's national public information notices website and allows public notices from across the country to be published in a single location for the first time. This is an enhanced service provided by Glasgow City Council.
Anyone can use the national PINs Portal to search for live and archive adverts, and see how they might be affected by statutory or public service developments in their local authority area, or any other part of Scotland.
