Future Phases : Phases 3-9 are planned to include the following:
- Phase 3 - Approximately 130 private houses (now increased to 150); relocation of the Oatlands Leisure Gardens (allotments); the first part of the improvements to Richmond Park (west and south-west of the course of the Polmadie Burn); and the family pub/restaurant next to the pond (including the facilities for model boat club and changing).
- Phase 4 - Approximately 80 private houses; local community facility with adjacent children's playground; and the first two shop units.
- Phase 5 - Approximately 85 private houses; and the second part of the improvements to Richmond Park, extending eastwards from the Polmadie Burn to the centre of the park.
- Phase 6 – Approximately 125 private houses; two further shop units if required; and small commercial development at Toryglen Street.
- Phase 7 - Approximately 175 private houses; completion of the Richmond Park improvement works (including the creation of the 'city gateway' feature); and improvements to Richmond Park School.
- Phase 8 - Approximately 75 private houses.
- Phase 9 - Approximately 125 private houses.
Although the ordering of the works is generally laid down by the phasing programme, it should be noted that the construction dates for the rest of the development will be very much related to the speed of the related house sales.
