Food Safety Questionnaire

 

The following questionnaire is intended for low risk establishments to determine whether an inspection is required. 

Food Safety Act 1990
Food Hygiene (Scotland) Regulations 2006

Introduction

Glasgow City Council Land and Environmental Services are responsible for the enforcement of food safety legislation within the City.

This form is intended for establishments that when last inspected were recorded to fall within the low risk category.

In order that we may maintain our records and determine whether an inspection is required, the following questionnaire should be completed.

Further Information

Food establishments are routinely inspected by our officers in order to ensure compliance with relevant food law. However, certain establishments are of a sufficiently low risk that they do not require to receive such inspections.

Should you wish to discuss this matter or should you require assistance in the completion of the questionnaire, please contact us using the details below.

If you fail to respond to a request to complete this questionnaire within 28 days, your premises will be visited by an officer of this Service.
