Performance Standards for 2004

 

Food Safety Advice Unit as part of their Charter Mark award, wishes to inform their customers of their performance standards for 2004. Food Safety Advice Unit gives assistance to food businesses on Hazard Analysis and HACCP by means of seminars, visits, drop-in sessions and newsletters

 

Performance Targets are;

 

  • 80% of participants at a seminar will have a perception in devising their own system of slightly, fairly or very confident.  Actual performance – 98.7%
  • 50% of businesses when asked following their first assessment visit will have increased their confidence in devising a system to fairly or very confident. Actual performance – 80.4%
  • Number of businesses where their first visit was missed was 8.
