As you would expect, RSBi’s Glasgow manufacturing centre is assessed to BSEN ISO: 9002:1994 and individual products are also fully assessed to the relevant British Standards and other quality and safety criteria.

Continuous life-long learning and skills renewal is central to RSBi’s production philosophy, with every member of staff encouraged and rewarded for developing new and advanced skills.

 

RSBi is one of the few manufacturers to have a “Lifelong Learning Centre” based at the heart of the manufacturing centre with open access to all employees.

 

The Learning Centre provides a range of tutored and self-study courses in both vocational and academic subjects, with a strong emphasis on literacy, numeracy and IT skills development.

As well as a commitment to high quality manufacturing, RSBi is dedicated to ‘making a difference’ in the community.

 

The origins of RSBi lies in its roots as a supported facility for the visually impaired and today, RSBi is committed to providing opportunities for people with disabilities.
