Many of the Council's leaflets and application forms are available on this Web site for downloading. Most of these documents are in PDF format which means they can only be viewed using Adobe Reader. This software is available free of charge from the Adobe Web site.

All PDF documents on this site will open in a new Web browser window. After viewing or printing the document, you can close the new Web browser window by using the close button at the top right hand corner.

Saving Documents to your computer.

  • PC users: right-click the link to the document and select ‘save target as’ to open the ‘save as’ dialogue box.
  • Mac users: click and hold the link to the document to open the ‘save as’ dialogue box.
