Council intends to take action on sales of spray paint to under 16s
The City Council intends to take enforcement action on anyone not complying with the new legislation to ban the sales of spray paint to under 16s. Section 122 of the new Anti Social Behaviour etc (Scotland) Act introduces the ban as a useful control to prevent graffiti.
