The plaques will be of a simple design containing standard inscriptions.

It should be noted that in order to keep these areas maintained to the highest possible standards, the following arrangements are in place:

• only one single or one double plaque will be allowed per rose
• no other design of plaque or inscription will be allowed
• cremated remains may not be dispersed or interred in or on the rose beds
• floral tributes, flowers, vases, etc will not be allowed in or around the rose bed

As the end of the five year period approaches, reminders will be sent to the address on the application.
