Painting and Decorating work teams

The majority of painting and decorating tasks carried out by community service takes place in domestic properties. Painting and decorating teams are supervised by skilled and experienced staff who will identify individual skills within their team which often leads to additional tasks being performed, for example tiling, french polishing.

 

Work is carried out in domestic properties for older people, single parents, families and individuals with special needs.

 

A number of community and voluntary organisations also benefit from work performed by community service teams. This could include church halls, playgroups and may cover:

  • tiling
  • stippling
  • rag rolling
  • french polishing
  • staining and graining
