Probation Orders
Probation orders are one of a range of disposals available to courts when considering offending behaviour.  Probation orders are supervised by social work staff and often contain conditions which offenders must meet in order to comply with the order. The court can make a probation order that would place an offender under social work supervision.

 

The Access Project
The Access Project is a criminal justice mental health project covering the City of Glasgow.  The key objective of the project is to provide support to individuals in the criminal justice system who have mental health problems.

 

This Project is part of Glasgow City Council's Social Work Services, providing assessment reports to courts, social work teams and other agencies.  Involvement with individuals referred to the project usually lasts for 13 weeks, during which time needs are assessed through a robust assessment framework.

 

The Clyde Quay Project
The Clyde Quay Project is a specialist resource which works with people convicted of sexual offending.
