Families and Children - School Support

Glasgow City Council has developed new Learning Communities based around 29 school “clusters” in the city.

Glasgow City Council’s Education Services, Social Work Services and Health, together with other relevant Council Departments are working closely to develop supports for young people in education.

Working in partnership, teachers, psychologists and social work staff are able to identify vulnerable children earlier and can plan to provide the additional support they need.
