All Local Authorities, together with Health Services and other partners are required by law to prepare, monitor and review plans relating to children's services.

The plan outlines services available for all Glasgow's children.

In addition, the plan focuses attention on services for those children and families who need additional support or who need help to allow them to benefit from existing services.
