Community Health and Care Partnership Social Work Reception Services
Each Community Health and Care Partnership Social Work Services Office has a Reception Service. This is usually based in the main office for the team. To find your local Reception Service office, select the name of your local social work office from the left hand menu.
Reception Service staff are there to try and help people who contact the office with their enquiries about Social Work Services. Staff at reception will:

Record the detail of enquiries and assess what type of service may be required

Make an appointment if required

Provide forms and information where required

Direct enquiries to the relevant staff within the local area team
If you already have a member of staff working with you, this will continue. However, you can contact Reception Services to arrange an appointment with your worker.
If you feel you, or someone you know, is in need of a social work service, you can contact Reception Services at your local social work office in person, by phone or, for non-urgent requests, you can also apply online for care and support services.
