The Youth Housing Advice and Information Strategy


The Youth Housing Advice and Information Strategy sets out our ambitions for the provision of housing advice and information for young people. The document sets out the strategic direction of change and actions which will be undertaken in order that young people will have access to quality housing advice and information.  A copy of the Youth Housing Strategy Summary 2006 can be downloaded  (1,051kb 7 pages).

Streets Ahead Guide for Young People


Streets Ahead is a guide to leaving home and housing that has been written for you. Much of it is based on the views and ideas of young people who have left home and experienced housing problems.

It has 23 booklets that cover many of the questions you might be thinking about when you are moving on and getting your own place.
