Personalisation is a significant change to how we deliver social care support in Glasgow and part of our commitment to getting this right includes scrutinising our plans and processes.
In December, we held a second scrutiny group session with organisations representing service users, carers, providers, Glasgow City Council and other local authorities.
It was a very positive session that highlighted how far we’ve come in delivering our vision to promote independence by giving service users greater choice and control.
