A:
Glasgow City Council DO NOT authorise dumping of bulk waste onto the street other than early on your uplift day or if a special uplift has been arranged with cleansing. £50 Fixed Penalty Notices will be issued to offenders who put their bulk waste out on the street at inappropriate times.
