Development of a 14-storey residential tower comprising 72 flats on the south bank of the River Clyde at Mavisbank Quay.
The site lies adjacent to existing waterfront residential blocks and the new Finnieston Road Bridge. It is envisaged that the proposal will form a new gateway building marking an entry into Govan, Ibrox and Kinning Park.
The development comprises a 'stepped block' rising in scale towards the 14-storey tower fronting the river. |
