The strategy is to build on sustainable ‘best practice’ in Europe and capitalise on the success of the adjacent ‘Crown Street’ regeneration project.
Links to neighbouring areas, including the City Centre and Tradeston will be improved and a mix of socially rented and owner occupied accommodation will be provided.
It is anticipated the revitalisation of Laurieston will make a significant contribution to the regeneration of the southbank of the River Clyde. |
