108 residential units completed at Bulldale Street
Phase 1, Yoker Ferry Road to Rothesay Dock, commenced 2005.
Activity: Around 35 acres of derelict industrial land is being transformed into a new residential riverfront. The £66 million project is being developed in stages over two sites. The whole development will have approximately 578 resident apartments and family housing for the private and social rented sectors. The first site at Bullsdale Street is by Persimmon Homes and West of Scotland Housing Association and is substantially complete. The second, being built by Strathclyde Park Lane Ltd, extends west of Yoker Ferry Road Street to Rothesay Dock.
