This 28-hectare site is to be transformed by the Pacific Quay partners to create a high quality mixed-use development with associated access infrastructure, landscaping and public realm works.
The Pacific Quay development covers 28 hectares on the site of the former Glasgow garden festival. It comprises a 500,000 square feet mixed-use development incorporating offices, residential, hotel, leisure and other supporting businesses.
The project will see the development of a digital media village and business park. The site is currently home to SMG, owners of Scottish TV, Beat FM and the Glasgow Science Centre. The area will also be home to the new headquarters for BBC Scotland. |
