Lead: Glasgow City Council
Target: To develop the area along Clyde Place including the waterfront in association with the Broomielaw/Tradeston pedestrian bridge.
Status: Planning application submitted October 2004 for 955 residential units with mixed uses. Granted August 2006.
Activity: The redevelopment of the three waterfront blocks on Clyde Place.

Each block will be built around a central courtyard, for residential apartments, shops, restaurants, cafes, offices and community facilities with associated underground parking and a 20 metre wide Clyde Walkway
