The Access Centre provides multi media contact streams to handle requests, complaints or provide information on Behalf of LES Environmental Control. 

The LES Environmental Control Unit is responsible for many aspects of the Environmental Protection Service provided by Glasgow City Council

The duties undertaken by the LES Environmental Control Unit cover:

• Dog Fouling in public places (except Parks)

• Littering Enforcement

• Requests for signage

• Issues with Domestic Refuse Collection

• Issues with Commercial Refuse Collection

• Advice on Fixed Penalty Notices

• Fly Tipping

The Access Centre pass the information through a bespoke customer relationship management system directly to the department which ensures there is minimum delay in LES Environmental Control receiving the information or request

The Access centre is accessible 24 hours per day, 365 days per year for this purpose.
