All calls relating to the service provided by Glasgow Translation & Interpreting Service (GTIS) out of office hours, are now answered by Customer Service Advisers within the Access Centre.
The transfer of call handling to the Access Centre is part of the drive by Glasgow City Council to provide a robust and efficient service to the residents of Glasgow.

Monday - Thursday : 16:45 - 08:45 (Each Day)
Fri - Monday : 15:55 (Fri) - 08:45 (Mon)
The calls received at the Access Centre primarily relate to Interpreter bookings for the incumbent service users. The advisors take the full details of any request received and contact an appropriate interpreter to assist.
