The Access Centre provides multi media contact streams to handle requests, complaints or provide information on Behalf of LES Noise 

The LES Out of Hours Unit was set up in mid 2004 to offer a service to the citizens of Glasgow, beyond what’s termed as the normal working day. Their purpose is to investigate nuisances, emergencies or complaints received from members of the public which were more prevalent in the late evenings or early hours of the morning.  

They have responsibility for enforcing the Anti Social Behaviour (Scotland) Act  2004, orders which came into force early 2005.
