At present the Access Centre is fully operational taking calls for Roads & Lighting Faults (RALF) not only for Glasgow City Council but also on behalf of the other regional authorities listed:

• Argyll & Bute
• East Ayrshire
• East Renfrewshire
• Inverclyde
• West Dunbartonshire

On this number you can report Road, Lighting and Traffic faults for all of the above areas.  These are then reported back to the appropriate depot/office for the work to be carried out.  The R.A.L.F phone line is at its busiest during the winter months as we are the first point of contact for enquiries relating to snow and ice on the roads.
